Hello.
I’m the Creative Director of Global Brand & Creative Services at Riverbed Technology, where I lead a dynamic team driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with agency partners to ensure on-brand campaigns. Riverbed specializes in data transformation, delivering seamless digital experiences in the B2B tech sector.
Previously at Caesars Entertainment, I played a key role in scaling the creative team from 20 to over 80 members. I led brand integrity across multiple brands at the largest in-house advertising agency in the gaming and hospitality industry. My leadership improved operational efficiency, agility, and alignment with business goals, driving measurable growth.
At Credit One, I expanded my digital expertise, spearheading tier-1 campaigns and crafting the creative design strategy for the newly formed Digital Innovation team.
Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about making a positive impact. I mentor students at the University of Nevada, College of Southern Nevada, The Art Institute, and Las Vegas–Clark County Library District, sharing insights and helping them navigate the creative industry. I also provide consulting services to restaurants, entertainment ventures, and startups. In the arts and culture space, I’ve curated automotive and cultural content for events and network television.
I’m also deeply involved in my community, lending my leadership to several boards, including ALPFA (the Association of Latino Professionals For America), AIGA (the American Institute of Graphic Arts), Caesars Entertainment VIA, and as the President of Las Vegas's oldest car club. Additionally, I served as the Homeowners Community HOA President and am a proud graduate of the FBI National Citizens Academy, where I continue as an Alumni member.
On a personal note, I live in Las Vegas and Northern Colorado with my wife, Nikki, and our dog Phoebe. I’m a ‘Sunday Slacker’—I work Monday through Saturday, reserving Sundays for family, car shows, faith, sports, and time in the garage.
