Credit One Bank’s Interactive Engagement chatbot COBIE can assist card members and prospects through chat conversations on social media. COBIE will be able to look up information, answer questions, and provide real-time responses through conversational dialogue on Facebook Messenger.
By allowing COBIE to handle simple questions and requests for information, our social media team will be able to devote extra time to more complex requests and issues. COBIE will also greatly increase our speed of response on social media.
